We are a growing custom-coded website agency seeking a proactive Lead Generation Virtual Assistant to help expand our client base. Your main goal will be to research potential clients and generate high-quality leads, with the opportunity to perform the first outreach to confirm interest.
Responsibilities:
1. Research potential clients across any industry who could benefit from custom websites.
2. Collect accurate contact details, company info, and relevant notes.
3. Conduct initial outreach via email, calls, LinkedIn, or other marketing channels.
4. Suggest creative strategies to attract and engage potential clients.
5. Maintain organized records of leads and outreach progress in Google Sheets or a CRM.
6. Provide regular updates and communicate effectively with the team.
Requirements:
7. Experience in lead generation, research, or sales is preferred.
8. Comfortable with cold emailing and/or cold calling (training and templates provided).
9. Strong English communication skills.
10. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
11. Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google, and online research tools.
