A well-established business that is renowned for building networks in collaboration with several major leading telecommunications service providers is looking for a Motor Claims Handler to be the first line support & manage motor claims in relation to all company vehicle accidents by communicating with insurance companies, the 3rd party and Company drivers. Investigating circumstances of all accidents to determine insurance liability. Managing first notification of claims, fault & non-fault, from start to completion. Raising invoices on non-fault claims to send to third party insurers and raising payments on fault where the business has accepted liability. Daily communication with insurance companies, solicitors and all internal departments regarding ongoing claims. Managing claims where the business has offered its intervention services and following up with the suppliers. Arranging independent damage assessment of vehicles for insurance purposes.
