We are seeking an experienced and motivated Care Manager to join a growing domiciliary care service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care while supporting business growth and development.
This role offers flexibility in working hours and days, and we are open to both permanent and contract arrangements.
Key Responsibilities

Conducting initial care assessments and reassessments for new and existing clients
*
Developing personalised care plans in line with regulatory standards
*
Bringing in new clients and supporting business development activities
*
Building strong relationships with families, healthcare professionals, and local stakeholders
*
Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and safeguarding requirements
*
Supporting care staff and maintaining high standards of care delivery
*
Monitoring service quality and client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
*
Previous experience in domiciliary care management or senior care role
*
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance
*
Experience carrying out care assessments and care planning
*
Confident in business development and growing client base
*
Excellent communication and organisational skills
*
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Essential:
