Job Purpose
* Family First is a key resource delivering interventions to families with complex needs, supporting them to thrive in line with the expectations set out in the Early Help and Prevention Strategy and aligned to the national Supporting Families programme. The core offer of the service is the coordination and delivery of multi-agency interventions based on whole-family Early Help Assessment and action planning to help families achieve positive outcomes for themselves while reducing the likelihood of escalation to high-cost, statutory, crisis intervention services such as Children’s Social Care.
Key Duties/Accountabilities
* Complete Early Help Assessments
* Organise Team Around the Family Meetings
Essential Experience Required
* Experience of safeguarding is essential
* Education/qualification in the related field is essential
Additional information to note
* Working hours: 36 hours per week
* Enhanced DBS & barred list check (Child) is required for this role
