We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative PM Shift based at our New Sustainability Distribution Centre (NN7 2QA). The training period will take place at our Tilbrook ( MK7 8BN) site until early 2026, The working pattern for this role Monday to Friday working 14:00-22:00 with mandatory weekend overtime.
This is a Full- Time permanent position offering a salary of £30,997.79 Plus Late Shift allowance of £832
As a warehouse Operative you will carry out all operational tasks and procedures following the company guidelines on the Mitsubishi Electric contract.

Additional key tasks:
* Inbound your duties will include offloading vehicles and checking stock on receipt is correct
* Ensuring stock is booked in and located correctly
* Outbound picking, wrapping/strapping and loading vehicles
* Rework orders to customer specification when required
* Support day to day operation as required
* Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to, including PPE, and attend all relevant safety briefings and campaigns
* Ensure all equipment checks are carried out in accordance with procedure, taking appropriate action
Key requirements
* FLT licence counterbalance and Reach- categories A2, B2 and D1 preferred
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Ability to withstand pressure and work to tight deadlines.
* Attention to detail.
* Previous WMS experience
