Your Day-to-Day:
* Support: Provide 1:1 assistance to students with SEN in a classroom setting.
* Assist: Work alongside teachers to implement individual education plans tailored to each child’s needs.
* Engage: Help students stay focused and understand instructions and tasks.
* Manage: Use positivity and effective strategies to de-escalate challenging behaviour.
* Communicate: Build strong relationships with teachers, parents, and professionals while keeping track of student progress.
* Nurture: Encourage a positive, inclusive atmosphere where every child feels supported.
