Deputy Manager – Care Home

Full-time | 37.5 hours per week | Up to £35,000 per annum

Looking for a role where you can truly make a difference? We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Deputy Manager to join our care home leadership team.

Whether you are an experienced Team Leader seeking progression or a proven Deputy Home Manager, this is your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the lives of older people in our community.

6. Able to balance hands-on leadership with strong organisational skills.
7. Detail-focused with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards.
8. Experienced in a care setting, with an understanding of the needs of older people.

Priors Hall in Corby is a contemporary, purpose-built care home run by Anchor, offering luxurious residential and dementia care in a safe, welcoming, and beautifully maintained environment. With space for up to 66 residents, each room is comfortable and ensuite, set amongst private landscaped gardens that offer peace and privacy. Residents benefit from high-quality shared facilities, including communal lounges, a library, a hair and beauty salon, quiet seating areas, and landscaped outdoor space. Priors Hall is well-regarded by the Care Quality Commission, rated “Good” in all assessed areas, praised for its caring culture, respect for residents, choice, and dignity. Staff are selected not only for their professional skills, but also for their warmth, empathy, and ability to help residents live rich and meaningful lives with maximum independence and full support.
