What We're Looking For
* A degree in Town Planning or a related discipline (MRTPI or working towards chartership preferred).
* At least 3 years' professional experience in either the public or private sector.
* Strong working knowledge of the UK planning system and development management process.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and prioritise a varied workload.
* A proactive, motivated approach and a genuine interest in contributing to a positive team culture.
What You'll Be Doing
o Preparing and submitting high -quality planning applications, reports, and appeals.
o Providing commercial and strategic planning advice to a broad range of clients.
o Coordinating with technical consultants as part of wider project teams.
o Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
o Representing client interests throughout the planning process and supporting the growth of the regional office.
