Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee and process the school’s payroll with precision and efficiency.
2. Address payroll queries, providing clear and timely support to staff.
3. Ensurepliance with PAYE, National Insurance, pensions, and other statutory obligations.
4. Maintain detailed payroll records and prepare necessary reports.
5. Process salary calculations, deductions, overtime, and adjustments as required.
6. Liaise with HR and finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
7. Safeguard confidentiality and integrity of payroll data.
Skills and Qualifications
8. Proven experience in payroll management or administration within a school or education setting.
9. Strong numerical skills with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
