Our client, a major UK building materials company is seeking an experienced Software Tester to support a key programme of work across its Workforce Management (WFM) platforms. This contract role will focus on ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and compliance of time, attendance, and overtime calculation functionality used across a large operational workforce.
Agency Note: The successful candidates must have experience working with Workforce Management Systems such as: Kronos, UKG Pro / UKG Ready, Workday (WFM within Workday HCM), SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Management, Verint, Paycom,, Dayforce (by Ceridian) or any others... plus will also have experience in Overtime Calculations.

Essential Experience (Must Have)
* Proven experience as a Software Tester / QA Analyst on enterprise systems
* Strong background testing Workforce Management, Time & Attendance, or HR software
* Hands‑on experience testing overtime calculations and complex working time rules
* Solid understanding of test design techniques and QA best practices
* Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
