Spire Norwich Hospital is recruiting a Healthcare assistant to join the Outpatients team in their warm, friendly and supportive team on a flexible working basis.
Duties and responsibilities
* This role is based in a fast-paced environment providing the opportunity to develop and increase healthcare knowledge and experience.
* Assist the qualified nursing staff, under their supervision, in providing a high quality, comprehensive service to all patients and users, ensuring a high standard of a patient care is maintained in a clean and safe environment
Who we're looking for
* Previous experience of working as an HCA (or equivalent) in a clinical environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
* NVQ level 2/3 in health and social care is desirable
* Compassionate, flexible and proactive approach to patient care
* Comfortable working in a busy fast paced environment
* Flexible to work at least 1-2 weekday shifts
