Senior Support Worker – Tegfan, Swansea - £13.75 to £14.20 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience) - Full time – 45.5 hours per week

A day in the life of a Senior Support Worker includes:
1. Leading shifts and supporting the team
2. Maintaining high standards across the service
3. Supporting reporting and evidence‑gathering
4. Working collaboratively with internal and external professionals
5. Contributing to assessments and care/support plan development
6. Promoting and celebrating the home’s achievements
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
7. Experience in a support or care environment
8. A full driving licence
9. QCF Level 3 (or working towards it)
10. Knowledge of statutory regulations
11. The ability to lead by example and act as a positive role model
12. Commitment to upholding company policies and standards
13. Strong safeguarding awareness
14. Good understanding of Health & Safety and risk assessments
Please note: This role currently involves regulated activity with children and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check. Requirements may change as the service transitions to adult support by 2027.
