Sharing your knowledge to unlock potential whilst guiding our learners through their studies, you'll work as part of the curriculum team to create and deliver lessons across a range of qualification levels, inspiring achievement and the best possible outcomes. The successful candidate will be a team player, an excellent communicator, and able to maintain a proactive approach to managing deadlines, whilst retaining a high standard of delivery.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Public Services Lecturer who brings learning to life. The ideal candidate will embed employability skills throughout their teaching, design creative and engaging lessons, and confidently take learning beyond the classroom. You will promote physical activity, develop wider transferable skills and draw on real-life experiences to prepare learners for meaningful careers in the uniformed and non-uniformed services.
The Role:
Where you'll work: This role is based at our Tonbridge campus.
Your hours: 29.6 hours per week, 52 weeks per annum (0.8 FTE).
