Responsibilities
* Maintain and grow client portfolio
* Work with Titan Risk and Reward/Corporate Consultants and wider business to understand and promote products and campaigns. To coordinate efforts and share ideas
* Achieve set individual and business targets through campaigns
* Present to both employers and employees, where required
* Demonstrate the highest professional standards in all dealings with both existing and prospective clients
* Develop business relationships quickly and remotely with a robust contact and engagement strategy with all stakeholders including providers and clients
* Highlight key sales differentiators to promote Titan proposition
* Undertake projects, organise events and take responsibility for communicating with/to stakeholders including clients, to support the needs of the business or to achieve departmental objectives
* Perform ad‑hoc tasks as and when required, always bearing in mind TCF and the needs of the business. Support with wider Titan projects as and when required

* Presentation skills
* Analytical and numerical ability – able to analyse and interpret data, evaluate data
* Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong, collaborative working relationships
* Strong process orientation with a desire to do things right first time
* Ability to plan own workload and manage conflicting demands and deadlines
* Be a great, creative problem solver
* Be able to influence people to change their behaviours and established practices

Qualifications
* Cert CII preferred, minimum of IF7 and GR1 (Essential)
* Good standard of education
* Maths and English GCSE, grade 5 or above, or equivalent
