We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Chef to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. * Lead and supervise the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
* Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards

* Manage food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely procurement of ingredients and kitchen supplies
* Monitor inventory levels and control food costs effectively
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to foster professional growth and maintain high standards
* Organise staff rotas, assign duties, and oversee performance management
* Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen environment at all times
* Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery

* Proven supervising experience within a busy restaurant or hospitality setting
* Extensive background in food production, food preparation, and cooking techniques
* Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive working environment
* In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
* Previous experience in menu development and culinary innovation
* Familiarity with restaurant operations, including serving procedures and customer service principles
* Demonstrated leadership qualities with excellent organisational skills
* Experience working under pressure in fast-paced environments is highly desirable
