We’re looking for a proactive and organised Sales Support & Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Conduct regular account reviews, providing stock updates, product advice, and identifying opportunities to fill product gaps. Manage and maintain an accurate business pipeline, tracking sales performance and GP retention. Deliver swift and accurate quotations using internal sourcing and estimating teams. Follow up on quotations to ensure closure—win or lose—and update CRM with all customer interactions. Coordinate face-to-face meetings for the Sales Director, setting clear objectives and ensuring all actions are followed up post-visit. Provide meaningful sales interactions and support across key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
