The FINMAR team was established to support the rationalisation and performance improvement of Insurers writing specific Financial Lines coverages via WTW’s FINEX Global broking team.
FINMAR provides services such as data analytics, carrier advocacy, pipeline management, and reporting to selected Insurers. These services drive competition, performance improvements, and enhanced market intelligence for the benefit of WTW’s clients.
Since its launch in Great Britain in 2011, FINMAR has been at the forefront of this type of service, now offering its services across Europe, Asia Pacific, and North America, making it a global proposition.
FINMAR has developed system applications and supporting data environments to deliver insights critical to both Insurers and FINMAR. Oversight of this activity is the responsibility of the technical management team, and this position is for a role within that team.
You would be working within the team to:
1. Understand all available data and the associated platforms.
2. Develop technical skills and business knowledge to ensure requirements are well understood and solutions are appropriate.
3. Provide support and guidance to our support team to facilitate continuous improvement of products and services.
4. Manage the expectations of key stakeholders effectively.
5. Develop reporting products to meet urgent deadlines or for complex activities, and transition them to the support team for ongoing maintenance.
