We are looking for a Commercial Account Handler to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team.
Responsibilities
* Build rapport with new and existing clients, ranging from sole traders to MD/CEO of large organisations.
* Work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve team objectives.
* Review client documentation to ensure information is comprehensive and accurate for the quoting process.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external contacts to meet expectations and compliance standards.
* Assist Commercial Account Executives in achieving high levels of renewal retention while exceeding customer expectations and meeting FCA requirements.
* Process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems to support client service, internal process execution, and informed analysis.

* Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
* Data processing skills – prompt and accurate handling of information.
* Willingness to learn and adapt each day.
* Commitment to meeting compliance standards, including FCA requirements.
