As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the go-to person for customers, ensuring their queries are handled efficiently and professionally. You'll work closely with colleagues both in the office and remotely to provide solutions, resolve issues swiftly, and create a seamless experience at every touch point.
This is a temporary contract for 6 months with the possibility of becoming permanent. The role will be 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
What You'll Do:
* Schedule internal and field appointments.
* Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, and other channels.
* Provide basic technical support and escalate issues appropriately.
* Keep customers informed on progress and resolve recurring queries quickly.
* Handle administrative tasks including invoices, worksheets, and contract bookings.
* Support special projects and contribute to process improvements.
