An exciting opportunity has arisen for three full-time Team Secretaries to join the Aberdeen City Health & Social Care Partnership to provide a comprehensive and efficient secretarial administrative support to the team of Community Mental Health Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists and Support Workers. In addition, it will involve working with the team to support data analysis and project management aspects within the service.
Two of these Team Secretaries will work within the Substance Misuse Service and one Team Secretary will work within the Adult Mental Health Service.
Previous administrative/secretarial experience with a good typing speed and proficiency in the use of Excel/databases together with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal is essential. Candidates should have good typing and keyboard/data inputting skills for regular use of computer systems.
Knowledge and experience within a similar environment is desirable. This post would suit an enthusiastic, motivated individual who enjoys the challenge of a busy department and who thrives working autonomously as well as part of a team.
These posts will be split across sites therefore it is essential that applicants are willing to work across locations.
Please note that PVG clearance is required in order to undertake this role.
