Compensation
* $65,000 – $80,000, DOE
What You’ll Be Doing
* Maintain labor rates tied to contracts, projects, and ERP workflows
* Review and correct labor-related entries to support reporting and payroll accuracy
* Create and update reports used for payroll, labor allocation, and audit support
* Partner with payroll and operations on labor-related questions and discrepancies
* Support time-based and project-based labor processes
* Work within existing workflow tools and help improve manual processes
* Assist with recurring updates and high-volume labor administration
What You’ll Need to be Considered
* Understand how labor rates connect to contracts, projects, and ERP systems
* Be comfortable supporting audit documentation and labor-related reporting
* Familiarity with JD Edwards is preferred
* Exposure to workflow/automation tools such as Alteryx or Smartsheet is a plus
* Thrive in an onsite, team-oriented, high-volume environment
