* Lead Quality Control Activities: Oversee material acceptance, in-process inspections, ensuring that every part meets strict specification and certification requirements.
* Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS): Enhance QMS to ensure compliance with standards such as AS9100 and customer-specific requirements. Support audits, certification processes, and regulatory compliance.
* Create and Manage Documentation: Write and maintain detailed process specifications, inspection plans, and work instructions to provide clear guidance across production.
* Problem-Solve and Troubleshoot: Investigate non-conformances, lead root cause analysis, 8D and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.
* Champion Continuous Improvement: Drive lean initiatives and apply quality methodologies such as FMEA and SPC to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and improve yield.
* Data & Reporting: Gather, analyse, and report process and quality data to senior leadership, highlighting performance trends and identifying opportunities for innovation.

* Experience with quality tools and methodologies (FMEA, CAPA, 8D root cause analysis).
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
* A meticulous eye for detail with the ability to spot and resolve potential issues early.
* Strong communication and influencing skills to work effectively across teams and with customers/suppliers.
