About the Role
This is an 18-month fixed term project focused on supporting an ERP implementation within the organisation. You will play a key role in transforming and standardising finance processes and master data across multiple business
segments, ensuring alignment with global templates and compliance frameworks.
Location & Travel
Preferred location: UK Poland or Denmark
Travel requirement: assessed on project needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a subject matter expert for finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash).
* Translate business requirements into ERP solutions and make key process decisions during design workshops.
* Design workflows, controls, and reporting structures within the ERP system.
* Ensure compliance with global finance standards, internal controls, and audit readiness.
* Develop and maintain process documentation, including policies and governance frameworks.
* Co-lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for finance processes.
* Drive organisational change and support end-user training and adoption.
* Collaborate with project managers and consultants to resolve issues promptly.
* Define KPIs for ERP-enabled finance processes and monitor post-go-live performance.
* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation.
Project Phases
* Design: Analyse local processes, assess data structures, and perform FIT/GAP analysis against global templates.
* Planning: Develop rollout strategies, approve documentation, and support change management activities.
* Execution: Ensure consistent implementation across sites, oversee testing, and lead post-go-live improvements.
What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (Master's preferred).
* 5+ years of finance experience in an industrial environment, with strong costing knowledge.
* Hands-on ERP experience (Oracle preferred).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proven leadership and communication abilities.
* Experience managing large-scale, complex projects.
* Flexible and adaptable to evolving circumstances
