School Administrator / Admin Assistant – Hayes (Full-Time)
Are you a proactive, organised individual with experience in school administration? We are looking for a dedicated School Administrator to join a vibrant office team starting September 2025.
We are looking for an individual wih prior school admin experience or transitioning from another admin role, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive and welcoming environment.

The Role
* Serve as the friendly “face of the school” to parents and visitors
* Manage daily admin tasks: phones, emails, correspondence, attendance tracking
* Maintain pupil records and manage MIS systems (e.g., SIMS, Arbor)
* Coordinate trips, school newsletters, and assist with event planning
* Provide administrative support to the senior leadership team

✅ About You
* Previous administrative experience (school-based preferred but not essential)
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* Strong communication and customer-service skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and school MIS systems
* Able to work independently, take initiative, and adapt in a busy environment
