The role is to work 40 hours per week, mainly Monday to Friday, with 2 shifts from 8am-8pm, and 2 x 8 hour office days.

As the Deputy Nurse Manager, you will:
Support the Manager in delivering excellent operational care.
Lead the clinical team to ensure high-quality service.
Manage the service in the Manager's absence.
Provide clinical oversight and accountability.
Engage in safe recruitment and clinical governance.
Collaborate with MDT members and local authorities.

A nursing qualification with an active NMC PIN – RNLD, RMN or RGN.
Experience working with learning disabilities - essential
At least three years of management experience, ideally within a complex care setting.
