We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the team of an established FM company on a temporary basis, offering an immediate start, plenty of opporutnity to develop your skills within project coordiantion and a flexible working environment.
Role: Project Coordinator
Location: WFH ( may be occasional travel to London)
Working week: Monday to Friday 9-5
Hourly rate: £18-21 depending on experience
Contract length: Ongoing
As a Project Coordiantor, your main duties will be:
* Planning of projects and coordinating work flow
* Tracking projects and ensuring KPI’s/ SLA’s are adhered to
* Data analysis
* Dealing with contract documentation and organisation
* Communicating with multiple stakeholders/ FM teams to ensure all comms is accurate and up to date
* Utilising systems such as PowerPoint, excel, CAFM
To be successful as a Project Coordinator, you will need to have:
* Experience in an FM enivornment
* Experinece in administration and data management
* Dealt with stakeholders and third parties to ensure cooridination of projects or similar
* An understanding of microsoft packages and IT systems such as Powerpoint, Excel, CAFM etc
