The Opportunity
We are currently seeking motivated and driven junior lawyers to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who are eager to grow their careers, contribute meaningfully, and be part of a close‑knit and successful legal practice.
What You’ll Do
* Draft pleadings and court documents
* Manage a diverse caseload from start to finish
* Attend mediations, pre‑hearing conferences, and court appearances
* Engage with clients, insurers, and third parties
* Brief counsel and conduct legal research
* Ensure CPD compliance and contribute to firm‑wide learning initiatives
What We’re Looking For
* Admitted to practice in Victoria. While experience in motor vehicle property damage and litigation is highly valued, we welcome applicants from various litigation backgrounds.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
* Strong written and verbal communication
* A proactive and collaborative approach to work
* Confidence in managing files independently and within a team
* The ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines
* Solid tech skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Leap experience is a plus)
