An excellent opportunity has arisen for a hard working Administrator or Assistant to join a busy property department based in Leyburn. This role offers the chance to work within a well established and reputable environment in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales.
You will support a conveyancing solicitor and carry out a broad range of administrative responsibilities, ensuring an efficient and professional service is delivered to clients and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include
·Providing clients with quotes
·Preparing client care letters
·Providing updates to clients, estate agents and mortgage advisers
·Preparing and issuing draft contract documentation for freehold and leasehold transactions
·Using the Land Registry portal to request documentation and submit applications
·Updating systems on Lender Exchange and LMS
·Preparing and submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax forms
·Uploading information for Help to Buy ISA processes
·Managing post exchange and post completion work
·Preparing files for completion
·Handling registration of purchase transactions after completion
Key skills and attributes
·Proficient in Microsoft Office, training provided on LEAP case management system
·Strong attention to detail
·Ability to cope well under pressure
·Confident telephone manner and strong customer service skills
·Exceptional organisational and prioritisation abilities
·Effective time management
·Audio typing experience is desirable, although full training will be provided
