Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to increase regional revenues through gaining additional service and maintenance contracts.
* Build and lead a team of skilled field engineers, ensuring effective deployment and management to meet customer service requirements.
* Ensure that all service operations adhere to established service level agreements and operate within strict health and safety protocols.
* Collaborate closely with the board, providing regular performance and progress reports, while maintaining a high degree of autonomy in daily operations.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in a service engineering management role, preferably within the automated gates, doors, or barriers industry.
