This role is key in supporting the maintenance of our regulated awarding organisation status in England and ensuring compliance with international regulatory requirements. This roles main aim is to support operational and administration processes within the Product Development team, ensuring timely production of new assessment material with no errors. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Assessment Production Coordination • Assist the Product and Assessments Coordinator in managing the scheduling, development, and quality assurance of assessment materials (e.g., question papers, mark schemes, examiner reports). • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure secure and timely distribution of assessments to centres. • Support examination and assessment processes, maintaining compliance with quality standards and deadlines. Product Development Support • Assist in the development and ongoing revision of qualification products to meet market needs and comply with regulatory standards. • Help track and liaise with subject matter experts and stakeholders for input into product development, including recruitment processes. • Maintain up-to-date documentation for all qualifications, including specifications, assessment materials, and guidance. • Track and monitor all qualifications through each assessment cycle.
