IT Technician Ongoing Temporary Role
Hourly Rate: 15.00 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 8:0016:30 Friday 8:0016:00 (30 minutes for lunch)
Start: ASAP
DBS: Enhanced DBS preferred
The Opportunity:
Were seeking a hands-on IT Technician to join a busy environment on an ongoing temporary basis. Youll be the friendly face of IT across the site supporting users keeping devices running smoothly and rolling up your sleeves to help wherever needed.
What Youll Have:
* 12 years IT helpdesk experience (1st and 2nd line support)
* Confident hands-on approach
What Youll Do:
* Provide support to users across the site
* Install configure and troubleshoot PCs
* Resolve 1st and 2nd line issues (accounts printers connectivity hardware)
* Escalate issues where needed and keep users updated
* Support maintenance tasks and day-to-day operations
