We are currently seeking a Maintenance Manager to join the team at Lincoln Plaza London, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton. As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee all maintenance operations, ensuring that the hotel’s facilities are in optimal condition to provide an exceptional guest experience. The Duties of Our Maintenance Manager Include: Leading and mentoring the maintenance team to ensure the highest standards of upkeep. Overseeing routine maintenance checks, repairs, and emergency repairs to ensure safety and efficiency. Managing relationships and overseeing third-party contractors when necessary. Collaborating with the housekeeping and front office teams to maintain smooth operations. Ensuring all hotel facilities and equipment meet Hilton’s quality and safety standards. Developing and managing maintenance schedules and budgets. Maintaining accurate records of repairs and maintenance work. Our Maintenance Manager will have the following attributes: Previous experience in hotel maintenance or facilities management required. Supervisory/Management experience preferred. Strong knowledge of health and safety standards. Experience with budget management and cost control. Technical skills across various building systems are essential.
