 Salary: £90 - £110 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

We're looking for Early Years SEN Teaching Assistants to join our education supply agency and provide high-quality support to pupils with additional learning needs in nursery and reception settings.

Providing 1:1 or small-group support for children with SEN, including those with autism, speech and language difficulties, or social-emotional needs
Supporting the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities
Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging Early Years environment
Using positive behaviour management strategies to support learning and development
Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to ensure consistent supportRequirements:
Previous experience supporting children with SEN (school, nursery, or childcare setting)
A calm, caring, and patient approach to working with young children
Good communication and teamwork skills
An enhanced DBS certificate on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or Teaching Assistance (desirable)Apply Today!
