About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to drive the direction of Domino's connected products, by empowering customers with the knowledge and insights needed to effectively operate, maintain, and repair their equipment. This is a hybrid role, working with multiple stakeholders to define the dashboards needed to provide customers visualisations of their coding performance and act as a first port of call for issue resolution. Internal data and dashboards are also used by Domino's Technical Help Desks to remotely diagnose and resolve issues effectively and by Domino's data analysts and scientists to ensure the data and frameworks are in place to proactively identify and seize opportunities for continuous improvement. The successful candidate will play a key role in making IoT and Data a key value proposition for Domino and a compelling reason to choose Domino for our customers
About You
The successful candidate will either have or be willing to develop the following competencies
* Proven track record of collaborating with sales teams to drive product success and exceed targets.
* Deep understanding of B2B customer needs, with a strong ability to engage and collaborate with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
* Skilled in delivering products to market on time and within scope, leveraging development teams and third-party partners to achieve results.
* Adept at influencing key stakeholders and teams to align with strategic objectives and deliver outstanding outcomes.
* An effective communicator who translates complex technical concepts into clear, customer-friendly language.
* Data-driven decision-maker who actively seeks customer insights, market trends, and competitor intelligence to shape successful strategies.
* Experienced in developing compelling value propositions, creating impactful sales and marketing materials, and executing successful product launches.
* Proficient in building strong business cases and conducting thorough commercial scenario analysis to drive informed decision-making.
