Assistant Management Accountant Pinpoint Resourcing are currently working with a property business based in Hackney. Our client is currently looking to source a permanent Assistant Management Accountant to manage the company’s day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate, up-to-date records. This role will report directly to Management Accountant and Head of Finance. Duties * Maintain the fixed asset register and process monthly depreciation * Finalise accounts and prepare deposit return priorities * Compile financial data for lenders, insurers, and other stakeholders * Support the Management Accountant with management accounts, statutory filings, and cashflow forecasts * Review outputs for accuracy, provide guidance, and act as the main contact for finance queries * Manage credit control and debt recovery, liaising with residents, collector, and legal teams * Conduct biannual utility reviews with the Management Accountant * Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency * Oversee Finance Assistants’ work on ledgers, payment runs, accruals, and prepayments Requirements * At least 2 years experience in a similar position * Strong communication skills * Willing to travel to the office in Hackney 4 days a week (1 day working from home) * Strong systems experience (ideally using a Sage package) If you are interested in the role, please apply!
