The company delivers industry-leading solutions in data matching, cleansing, enrichment and validation, used by organisations across the UK, US and worldwide to drive accuracy, operational efficiency and better decision-making.
We are searching for an exceptional New Business Account Executive — a proven hunter who knows how to create pipeline, open doors, and close net-new business.
The Role
You will be responsible for acquiring new customers across the UK and US markets. This is a pure new-business role with a strong outbound focus — ideal for someone who loves prospecting and thrives in a high-activity, high-impact environment.
You will work closely with the sales leader, marketing, and product teams to target key industries such as:
* Financial Services
* Retail & eCommerce
* Public Sector
* Healthcare
* SaaS & Technology
* Manufacturing & Distribution
A strong understanding of data quality challenges (duplicate records, CRM/ERP cleansing, enrichment, master data issues, matching logic, and data validation) will help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
* Own the entire new-business sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing.
* Generate a high-velocity outbound pipeline across UK and US territories.
* Conduct effective discovery to uncover data quality pain points and quantify ROI.
* Lead tailored product demos focused on cleansing, matching, and enrichment use cases.
* Align with marketing on campaigns, ICP targeting and ABM outreach.
* Consistently exceed revenue targets and activity KPIs.
* Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, forecasting and pipeline reporting.
* Attend periodic in-person meetings and team sessions (ideally commutable to Reading).
Experience Required
* 3–7+ years in B2B SaaS or software sales, ideally in:
* Data quality / cleansing
* Data enrichment
* CRM/ERP tooling
* SaaS platforms or analytics
* MarTech or RevOps technologies
* Strong track record of hitting or exceeding new-business quotas.
* Experience selling into both UK and US markets.
* Excellent outbound skills — cold calling, outreach sequencing, social selling.
* Confident running product demos and technical conversations (APIs, matching logic, integrations).
* Ability to engage senior decision-makers (Data Leaders, CRM/RevOps, IT Directors, CIO/CDO).
* Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
