Their dedicated passive fire division is growing, and they are now seeking a skilled Project Manager to join and lead on exciting projects across the UK.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver projects across our clients Passive Fire Protection division. This is a key role overseeing a wide range of works, including fire doors, fire stopping, fire dampers, and related services, across diverse commercial and specialist environments.
You will be the dedicated project manager within this department, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest compliance standards.
Responsibilities

Manage and oversee passive fire protection projects, typically starting from £20k upwards in project value.

Deliver projects across a varied portfolio, including commercial offices, government buildings, prisons, and immigration centres.
*
Act as the main point of contact for clients and subcontractors, ensuring smooth communication and project delivery.
*
Travel across the UK (with the majority of work in London) and stay away when required.
*
Oversee subcontractors, managing existing partnerships and building a wider, trusted network of supply chain contacts.
*
Ensure projects comply with all relevant standards, safety regulations, and industry best practice.
*
Work both on-site and, where possible, from an office base in the Southeast.
Requirements
*
Proven experience in project management within passive fire protection (fire doors, fire stopping, fire dampers, etc.).
*
Strong background in handling large, multi-site projects.
*
CSCS card essential.
*
Relevant technical knowledge, ideally supported by certifications in fire door installation, carpentry, or passive fire products.
*
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage subcontractors effectively.
*
Willingness to travel long distances and stay away when necessary.
*
Must be eligible for and prepared to undergo DBS, SC Clearance and BPSS clearance immediately.
