We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Marketing department for a Performance Marketing Co-ordinator. This role will focus on working closely with the team on daily management, operation and delivery of our growing paid campaigns globally. We are ideally looking for a graduate who is keen to grow their career in paid marketing, along with being proactive, highly organised and possess excellent communication skills, where you'll be rewarded by seeing the impact of your work on real customers in the real world.

Here's a breakdown of what you'll be doing:
* Working closely with Performance Marketing Team to deliver paid campaigns globally following best practices.
* Perform daily optimisations across paid accounts on Google Ads, Bing and other search platforms.
* Paid social planning, implementation, optimisations and reporting including asset requests and copy writing across END. and external brand campaigns.
* Responsibility for account hygiene & working with external partners such as Google to ensure we are constantly improving across search and shopping.
* Monitor and evaluate performance results with the ability to make informed decisions based off analysis of data.
* Feed into weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives where required.
* Develop relationships with other teams in the business ensuring that key dates are communicated & amplified across performance marketing channels
* Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments
* Constantly seek out new opportunities and potential areas of growth
* Work closely with the other team members to meet set targets
* Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
* Assist with ad hoc internal and external marketing requests as required
Who we're looking for:
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to manipulate data to produce meaningful information is a must.
* Attention to detail - ensures the quality and consistency of the END. brand across our paid campaigns.
* Strong communication skills – must be able to professionally and effectively liaise with team members.
* Highly organised, handling multiple projects in an organised but flexible manner & prioritizing when necessary.
* Eager to be in-the-know about industry trends (both fashion and technology) and ensure we're constantly pushing the boundaries with paid campaigns.
* Outstanding team player – this role requires high levels of team work, working with multiple teams across the organisation.
* High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
* A flexible, approachable attitude with good problem-solving skills.
* Experience and comfortable using MS Office-package.
* Basic knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC) is a plus.
