What You'll Be Doing:
* Acting as the first point of contact for all service customers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from start to finish
* Liaising between customers and workshop technicians to coordinate work and provide updates
* Promoting additional services where appropriate, always putting the customer’s needs first
* Maintaining accurate records and delivering a high standard of customer care
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Customer-focused mindset with a passion for the motor industry
* Experience working with DMS systems (Kerridge/Keyloop preferred)
