Senior Haematology Clinical Nurse Specialist
To work within the haematology nursing team and be a key worker for patients and their families. Provide specialist nursing advice, care and support for patients attending the Palatine Treatment Centre and Palatine Ward and other wards within the Trust. Act as an expert resource for patients and colleagues and coordinate care across the Trust, the wider regional network and the community.
Responsibilities
* Provide specialist nursing advice, care and support for patients at the Palatine Treatment Centre, Palatine Ward and other Trust wards.
* Act as an expert resource for patients and colleagues, coordinating care across the Trust, the wider regional network and community.
* Work flexibly and provide cross‑cover to improve and standardise the haematology CNS service.
* Implement a robust clinical framework across all haematology disease groups to deliver a seamless service.
