This leading department is seeking its next Residential Property Senior Associate to join one of the most well-sourced teams in the country and work on complex Residential Property matters with top-tier clientele.
Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded, L500-ranked firm as a Senior Associate in their busy Residential Property team. You will handle all aspects of residential conveyancing, including purchases, sales, new builds, re-mortgages and title transfers, while also advising developers on land and building acquisitions on occasion.
You'll manage a varied portfolio working closely with solicitors, lenders and third parties to drive successful outcomes.
The role also provides opportunities to collaborate across departments, identifying areas for cross-referrals and supporting wider business growth.
As a senior team member, you'll also play a key part in mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the development of the team and the firm's presence in Edinburgh and beyond.
Your Experience
1. An experienced Residential Property Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE
2. A strong background in managing conveyancing transactions from start to finish
3. You'll be commercially minded, well-organised and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential, both for maintaining long-standing client relationships and for developing new business.
5. A real collaborative team player, with the ability to support and mentor others and a genuine passion for delivering an excellent client experience.
