THE ROLE:
* As our Production Performance Analyst, you’ll be a vital part of the operations team — using data, insight, and analysis to monitor and improve production efficiency across our manufacturing site.
* You'll turn numbers into actions and help shape smarter, leaner processes on the shop floor.
* Collect and analyse data from production processes (output, downtime, scrap, cycle times, etc).
* Enable the business to focus on continuous improvement that leads to savings on time and/or material.
* Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports.
* Identify and investigate areas of underperformance or waste.
* Assist in capacity planning, labour utilisation, and process mapping.
* Provide regular reporting to senior management to support decision-making.

THE BENEFITS:

THE PERSON:
Suitable candidates will possess the following:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
* Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with and identifying patterns within data.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
* A continuous improvement mentality.
* Suitable candidates will live within a commutable distance of Daventry or be prepared to move. The role is not home-based.
