Employment Support Worker - The Role: To provide tailored employment support to individuals with learning disabilities and autistic people, helping them access, retain, and progress in meaningful paid or voluntary employment. The role involves working closely with the people we support, employers, and support services to ensure individuals are fully prepared and supported in their employment journey.
