Global Performance Business Partner

Key Responsibilities
* Track program costs and ensure financial, operational KPI data, spending and budgets align with project activities.
* Support pricing strategies, identify trends and focus on operational and commercial improvements, liaising with wider functions during program activities.
* Implement and maintain controls, identify commercial risks and discuss mitigation.
* Develop, manage and maintain reporting on spend and savings initiatives, green and corporate social responsibility achievements, and project pipeline activities.
* Share lessons learnt from previous business projects and ensure they are considered for future activities.
Qualifications & Experience
* CIMA or ACCA part‑qualified with experience in accounting and reporting, ideally within contract, third‑party logistics or supply chain environment.
* Proven operational and customer‑facing experience with a track record of identifying and implementing improvements.
* Strong stakeholder relationships, unafraid to challenge status‑quo, tactful and diplomatic in communication with both financial and non‑financial stakeholders.
* Coach operational management, explaining the impact of operational actions on bottom‑line performance and devise tactical and strategic responses to business goals.
* Problem‑solving and influencing skills with high attention to detail and the ability to meet conflicting demands to meet business deadlines.
* Proven financial systems and MS Office skills, experienced in MS Excel.
* Comfortable liaising with remote global teams, flexible with working hours and locations as required.
