As a Sous Chef at Stowe School, you will help deliver exceptional culinary experiences in a prestigious educational setting.
Assist the Head Chef in managing the kitchen team.
Menu Planning: Contribute to creating modern, fresh dishes.
Quality Control: Ensure high standards in food preparation and presentation.
Daily Operations: Oversee kitchen operations and inventory management.
Special Events: Prepare meals for hospitality services and events.
A passionate culinary professional with experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen.
Level 3 Food Safety certification (because safety is key, even when you're creating magic in the kitchen).
Passion for leading a team and creating innovative, mouth-watering dishes.
