PR Coordinator Job Description Summary
As a key member of the Lanvin UK PR team, the successful candidate will work closely with the Director to deliver the Lanvin global communications strategy in the UK. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on inspiring projects with some of the exceptional artists and creators represented by the agency.

The PR Coordinator role is an exciting public relations position for a PR professional who is passionate about fashion, the arts and contemporary culture.
Key Responsibilities:
· Overseeing the day-to-day management of the strategy for Lanvin
· Overseeing and managing editorial and product requests for the Lanvin UK account
· Supporting the director with VIP requests and liaising with Paris VIP teams
· Distributing compelling press releases and writing persuasive pitches to communicate the Lanvin collections and collaborations to UK media across all platforms
· Assisting the director in the preparation of the Lanvin seasonal shows in Paris
· Directing and managing junior members of staff
· Continually updating the press contact database
· Overseeing weekly, monthly, and project-based press reports
· General press office management
· Supporting the Arts & Culture team on ad-hoc events and projects
Skills / Experience
Suitable applicants will have strong communication, writing, research, and organisational skills and established contacts with UK fashion press and VIP stylists.
Required:
· At least 3 years experience in a fashion press office, in-house or agency
· Educated to degree level or equivalent
· Established relationships with members of the press and VIP stylists
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
· Attention to detail
· Demonstrate knowledge of influencers and the ability to identify new talents for VIP dressing
· Determined, proactive, and works well under pressure
· Flexible approach to work with the ability to attend evening and weekend events where necessary
· Strong communication skills, research, and organisational skills
· Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
· Excellent writing skills
· A creative thinker
· Highly motivated and enthusiastic
· Accomplishes tasks accurately, thoroughly and with a keen eye for detail
· Proficient in Gmail, Dropbox, Canva, Mailchimp, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office programmes
· Excellent time management and organisational skills
