An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Care Home Manager to manage an exceptional care home based in the Boston, Lincolnshire area. You will be working for one of UKs leading health care providers.
The home specialises in providing nursing and residential care for service users with dementia, learning disabilities or sensory impairment.
To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered General Nurse with a current active NMC Pin or hold experience in managing nursing homes.
Key Responsibilities of the Registered Home Manager include:
1. Effectively manage staff, providing guidance, ongoing supervision, recruiting new staff, and developing your team.
2. Ensure business objectives and CQC compliance are met, fostering good relationships with stakeholders and working collaboratively to maintain outstanding service and care levels.
3. Maintain full commercial control, working with the Customer Relations Team to ensure optimal occupancy through creative marketing strategies, and oversee cost control over fees and staffing.
4. Use various systems to submit regular management reports on occupancy, fees, budgets, and staffing.
5. Coordinate with Hospitality and Maintenance teams to uphold standards in food presentation, housekeeping, and the care and maintenance of residents' clothing and the building.
The preferred and beneficial skills and experience include:
* At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Home Manager with CQC.
* Experience and knowledge of dementia care.
* Proven track record in delivering high-quality care and financial management within a residential setting.
* Experience managing and motivating care teams.
* Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and care inspectorate standards.
The successful candidate will receive an excellent salary of GBP50,000 - GBP55,000 per annum, DOE. This is a full-time, permanent role working days. Benefits include:
