About the Role

At Citygate, we're looking for a motivated and curious person to join us as an Automotive Technical Apprentice. Key Responsibilities
You'll be based in our workshop, learning to inspect, maintain, and repair vehicles under supervision. You'll carry out routine servicing, diagnose faults, and work with tools and diagnostic equipment. As your skills grow, you'll take on more complex tasks with support from your mentor. Key tasks include:
* - Carrying out routine vehicle servicing and checks
* - Learning to diagnose faults using specialist tools
* - Helping with repairs and part replacements
* - Following workshop health and safety procedures
* - Supporting experienced technicians on technical tasks
About You
Do you like working with your hands and understanding how things work? We're looking for someone who's practical, ready to learn, and wants to build real technical skills. Being focused, reliable, and careful with tools and equipment will help you succeed. It helps to enjoy solving problems and being part of a busy team. You don't need experience—we'll teach you everything through training and real workshop tasks. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds. Your attitude and curiosity matter most.
