The successful candidate will oversee the full construction project lifecycle, collaborate with a multi-studio team, and bring strong technical and people skills to the table.

Daily Duties
* Manage personnel across different stages of a project, from inception through to construction, ensuring technical accuracy and delivery
* Lead architectural technologist input for projects under both traditional and design and build procurement routes
* Produce and review construction information, technical documentation and drawings using software such as Revit and NBS Chorus
* Maintain client relationships, identify business opportunities and work with the team to achieve commercial goals
* Ensure knowledge of relevant regulations, codes and contract/legal aspects is applied throughout the project lifecycle
Ideal Candidate
* Several years post-qualification experience, including leading projects
* Proficiency in Revit and NBS Chorus, with strong technical and construction detailing skills
* Experience delivering architectural projects under both traditional and design and build procurement routes
* Commercial awareness, client focus, and ability to establish and consolidate relationships
* Collaborative team player with strong motivation, people management, and delegation skills
* Knowledge of all RIBA Plan of Work stages and legal/contractual/regulatory considerations (desirable)
