Overview
East Renfrewshire ADRS team is recruiting an enthusiastic RMN to work with an innovative and dynamic service delivering addictions and mental health care to adults in East Renfrewshire. The ADRS is part of the wider mental health and recovery service within East Renfrewshire HSCP. The successful candidate will join a friendly, supportive multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities
* Work with the ADRS team and partner organisations to deliver compassionate, person-centred care.
* Support Scotland’s Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) Standards, ensuring same-day treatment when needed.
* Under the guidance of the Nurse Team Leader, be responsible for the care management and support of individuals accessing ADRS.
* Deliver strengths-based, recovery-focused care that encourages self-management and empowerment.
* Work in the community, including clinics, offices, and visiting service users in their homes.
* Collaborate with service users, carers, and other professionals to ensure care aligns with legislative frameworks, clinical policies, and standards.
Qualifications and requirements
* Registered Nurse with Live PIN from the NMC UK.
* Experience in addictions, mental health care, and community nursing preferred.
* Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and to support recovery-focused care.
